"I do not recommend dealing with this insurance agent or this insurance company. I personally visited the agent and asked to disable auto-pay, since customers of this company cannot remove auto-pay on their own. The agent confirmed that everything was taken care of. A month later, even though I had already switched to a different insurance company, my card was charged again. After calling customer support, I was told that the money would be refunded by check. Since then, I have been calling support every two weeks for almost six months. Each time I am told the same thing: that the previous check was “canceled” and a new one was supposedly sent, and that I need to wait another two weeks. This cycle repeats over and over again. No refund has been received, no tracking number provided, and no clear timeline given. This is an unacceptable delay and shows a complete lack of responsibility and accountability from both the agent and the insurance company."
